The new Rule Enforcement Procedures have been approved and published as a guideline for all residents to understand the method in which the FFPOA Board of Directors enforces the rules of Fairfield Farms.

As we transition to the new containers please remember section 7. F. of our restrictions which states: "Any receptacle for ashes, trash, rubbish, or garbage shall be so placed and kept as to not be visible from any street with the development at any time, except at the times when refuse collection are being made."

New officers have been elected to the FFPOA board:

President: Julie Schrader

Vice President: Tyler Rice

Linda Roberts: Treasurer

Hamilton County Lawn Care has been awarded the contract for common area lawn maintenance for the 2008 season.

Three board positions were filled:

Julie Schrader -- three year position

Scott Way -- three year position

Tonya Weaver -- two years remaining on a three year position

Easter Egg Hunt was a BIG hit!

Thanks to all of the parents and kids who braved the cold weather and came out for the Easter Egg Hunt.  We had almost 40 kids participate!  All kids got some wonderful candy and a few lucky ones found eggs that rewarded them with toys and even gift certificates for Chick-fil-a.
